The conference manager reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• All conference attendees must purchase a registration package and must have their conference badge visible while attending conference events.

• If you have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, you must identify these when you complete your registration. The conference venue needs to review dietary restrictions ahead of the conference to ensure they can meet attendees' needs.

• All conference registration fees are subject to applicable taxes.

• Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable with written notice of cancellation received by May 1, 2025. No refunds will be given for notices received after this date, but attendee substitutions are permitted. All cancelled registrations are subject to a $100 processing fee.

  • Refunds are at the discretion of the conference manager.

  • International attendees who do not receive a travel visa in time to attend the conference will be provided refunds upon request.

  • Authors whose papers are not accepted for presentation at the conference will be provided refunds.

  • The conference manager strongly advises attendees to purchase travel insurance in the event they need to unexpectedly cancel plans to attend the conference.

• Credit card charges will appear on your statement from Karma-Link Management Services Ltd.
